About Wag Theory Dog Training
Welcome to Wag Theory Dog Training, where we believe in building stronger bonds between dogs and their owners. Discover our passion for positive reinforcement and how we can help your furry family member thrive.

Our journey with furry friends
Wag Theory Dog Training was founded from a deep passion for the love of dogs and people. We believe that a well-trained dog enriches the lives of both the pet and their human companions. Our journey began with the commitment to helping families in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and beyond, foster happier and healthier relationships with their canine friends.

Building bonds, not just obedience
What makes Wag Theory Dog Training unique is our unwavering focus on building better bonds between you and your dog, rather than simply focusing on monetary gain. We are driven by the joy of seeing dogs transform and thrive, and owners confidently connect with their pets. Our positive reinforcement methods create a positive learning environment, making training an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Supporting dedicated dog families
We love working with families who are committed to continuing their dog's training journey and who embrace the education that comes with it. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to ensure your dog is the happiest and most well-adjusted they can be. From puppy manners to rehabilitating fearful and reactive dogs, we are here to support your dedication every step of the way.
The Wag Theory difference
Wag Theory was created from the love I have for my own dogs. Seeing how intelligent, emotional, and capable they are inspired me to become a dog trainer and help other families build that same connection. Dogs are incredibly smart, with cognitive abilities that allow them to problem-solve, learn language cues, read human facial expressions, follow gestures, and recognize emotions. Science continues to show just how deeply dogs understand us and how strong their bonds with humans can be, especially through trust and eye contact. At Wag Theory, I use positive reinforcement to help dogs feel safe, understood, and confident—because training should strengthen the bond you share, not damage it. Every wag has meaning. Every dog deserves to be understood.
